Extremely nice light blue dotted organza. Hand sewn snap buttons for closing Ruffled collar. Topped with some stunning kings blue velvet vest with han sewn bells and a cotton cord closing.
It has no label but compatible with size 4 years

I have tried my best to clean and restore each item to the best condition it can be. These clothes have been worn and washed and are too good to not be loved again.
